- Are you open to the public, or trade only?
- Both. Anyone can walk into either warehouse, and installers, builders and developers can also open a trade account for discounts and bulk-buy pricing.
- Do I need an appointment, or can I just turn up?
- Just turn up. Both warehouses are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 10am to 2pm.
- Will you beat a quote I already have?
- Yes. We will beat any legitimate quote, so bring the paperwork with you or send it over with your room sizes.
- How quickly can I get the flooring?
- Most in-stock items are delivered within 1 to 3 working days with a delivery date given, and you can collect from either warehouse instead if you want it sooner.
- Can I see and feel the carpet before I buy?
- Yes, that is the point of a warehouse. You choose from thousands of real rolls on the floor rather than a small sample book.
- Do you fit, or is it supply only?
- Either. We work with trusted, fully vetted local fitters across Kent, and you are equally welcome to use your own fitter.
